David Beckham hits 2.2m followers hours after joining Instagram

Retired international footballer and super model, David Beckham, rated as one of the most decorated footballers in the World, has accumulated a whooping 2.2m followers on Instagram in just a few hours after joining Instagram today.


The former Real Madrid star, who joined the popular social media networking site, at about 6am today, May 2, 2015, to celebrate his 40th birthday, says he will be sharing some special moments with his fans, as he plans throwing a lavish bash with his family and friends in Marrakesh, Morocco.
