Desmond who ran on the platform of APC, was mobbed by his supporters and well-wishers, who poured cold beer all over him as they celebrated his win at his home in his Surulere, Lagos constituency.
The election results have not been officially announced by INEC but votes have been collated in most areas and with respect to State House of Assembly seats, votes are much easier to collate, compared with the Governorship ballots.
